Senior visiting monk and honoured guest to Bodhikusuma,

Luang Por Dumrong Siripatto

Luang Por Dumrong Siripatto practiced for many years under the revered Ajahn Chah. He is abbot of Wat Pa Kam Geng in Ubon Rachathani, Thailand, which is the 25th branch monastery of Wat Nong Pa Pong. Luang Por Dumrong has been ordained for 48 years. This is his first visit to Bodhikusuma Centre.

Other visiting monks joining Luang Por Dumrong on his visit to Sydney include Ajahn Visalo, an Indonesian monk from Wat Pa Nanachat, Thailand, and other monks from Buddha Bodhivana Monastery, Melbourne, and Bodhisaddha Forest Monastery, Sydney.

Programme for Robe offering:

10:30am – Offering of the meal and blessing followed by shared lunch

12:00pm – Offering of robes to 8 monks & Dhamma talk by Luang Por Dumrong (translated into English)

1:00pm – Ceremony finishes
